Regina Spake has been named strategic account service specialist for DMA Goodpoint (DMA).
She brings more than 15 years of experience in scheduling, procurement, logistics and customer service to her position, and will report directly to Maria Treece, director of customer service and human resources.
As strategic account service specialist, Spake will be responsible for optimizing the internal processes of DMA’s various diverse customer programs.
“I’m looking forward to being a part of the DMA team and contributing my experience in both customer service and logistic warehouse management,” said Spake. “I’d also like to learn more about the automotive aftermarket industry.”
Most recently, she served as quality engineer for Seiren North America Llc.
Prior to that, Spake held the position of import materials specialist, where she spent four years managing three facilities in El Paso, Texas and a facility in Morganton, N.C.
Spake holds an ISO certification in internal auditing from North Carolina State University.
